See this cute snowman? He didn’t look so cute when he came out of the bag of decor I talked about here.
Imagine (because I forgot to take a photo) bright red and green felt decorations all over this little guy. I was going to take him right back to the Goodwill, but thought it wouldn’t hurt to see what I could do. After stripping him of all the decorations I could, I pulled out the ribbon.
He got a new hatband first and then a bow scarf from the ribbon. Then to cover the green felt above his boots, I took some polka dot fabric from my stash and covered it up (hurray for hot glue!). He’s much calmer now, and Baby even got a new scarf out of the deal.
This is so cute. You did a great job repairing him. The doll is cute, too. My youngest daughter loves baby dolls. My two boys love to turn baby dolls into warriors to upset their sister. My oldest daughter, age 22 obviously has grown out of them. I hope, unless she just wants to collect them.
