This year I’ve done marinara (38 pints), salsa (8 pints), bottled peaches (37 quarts), frozen peaches (16 pints), frozen zucchini (lots), and two kinds of freezer jam (strawberry and peach-pear).

I have “stuff” to make more salsa, but I just don’t think I can do it. I think canning season is officially over for me.
